PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Arrival Time / Fees

Please arrive  NO MORE than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, you may wait in the MAIN open area and I will come out to get you to begin your service. If you are running behind, please communicate with me via text at (678) 400-3225, after 15 minutes depending on the style we may need to cancel your appointment. 

KNOTLESS BRAIDS/BRAID STYLES

Hair MUST be 4 inches or longer to book a knotless/tribal braid service. If for any reason hair is shorter, this information must be communicated during consultation PRIOR  to the day of your service.  Fees for hair shorter than 4inches may apply. 

Deposit Fees

Deposit fees vary and are NON-refundable. The fee paid will also be applied to the total price of your service.  Deposit fees are also non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Extra Guests Policy

Extra guests and children are NOT ALLOWED in the work area. There is a front waiting area that guests are more than welcome to wait in, however due to the ongoing pandemic and limited workspace, I‘d prefer to keep non-serviced guests/children in a separate area. 


PARENTS : If you are bringing in a child to be serviced, standing/spectating in the work area is not permissible due to limited spacing. 

Hair Prep For Your Appointment

ALL services come with a shampoo and blowdry, however please be sure that your hair is free of any large tangles or matted areas. If you need a style taken down first, there is an extra fee that can be added at the time of booking. Improper detangling prior to your appointment time may also result in extra fees.

Same Day Style Changes

Yes and No. If the desired change is comparable to the original style and takes the same allotment of time, yes. However, if the new style option may take longer and there is either not enough time or my work area isn’t prepped for it, we’ll have to keep what was originally scheduled.
Examples: 

Men’s two strands to Men’s box braids, yes.

Men’s two cornrows to Men’s box braids, probably not.
Same applies for ladies. I provide braiding hair so while we may potentially change the size of knotless braids, we can’t change from stitch braids to knotless braids on the same day.
